At Luxuria, we are committed to offering carefully curated pre-loved luxury pieces with full transparency. To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all clients, the following policies apply to both in-store and online purchases.

Returns & Refunds

• Luxuria offers a 7-day return window from the date of purchase for in-store purchases and from the date of delivery for online orders.

• In the event of a refund request, any applicable transaction fees will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

• All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

• Items must be returned in the exact condition in which they were sold, with all original packaging and tags intact. 

• Items with the snip tag removed are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Returns requested beyond the 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances. 

Exchanges 

• Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to item availability and management approval.

• Luxuria reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request at its sole discretion.

Authenticity Guarantee

• Luxuria guarantees the authenticity of all merchandise sold.

• In the rare event an item is believed to be counterfeit, a return request may be submitted within 10 days of purchase or delivery.

• The claim must be supported by written authentication results from a recognized and reputable third-party authentication service.

• Claims submitted after the 10-day period will not be reviewed or approved.

Condition of Pre-Loved Items 

• All merchandise sold by Luxuria is pre-loved and may show signs of prior use consistent with age and condition.

• Condition details and images are disclosed at the time of sale or listing.

• Clients are encouraged to carefully review descriptions and images for online purchases.

• In-store clients are strongly encouraged to inspect all items before leaving the boutique.

• Once an item leaves the boutique or has been delivered, it is considered accepted in its current condition.

Online Orders & Shipping

• Luxuria is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

 • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Policy Acceptance

• All sales are final unless they meet the return and authenticity conditions outlined above.

• Completion of a purchase constitutes acceptance of all Luxuria policies.
